Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping — $7.99 — 10–20 business days Express Shipping — $13.99 — 7–15 business days Free Shipping — $0.00 — 10–20 business days (automatically applied to orders over $70)

All transit times are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Handling Time Orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days of being placed. Handling time is separate from transit time.

Carriers Orders are fulfilled by international carriers and may include ePacket, YunExpress, 4PX, USPS, or UPS for final-mile delivery in the US. The carrier used depends on the product and your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after this window, feel free to contact us.

Missing or Incomplete Orders If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, contact us within 10 days of delivery at petnivo.co@gmail.com or call (262) 995-3936. Include your order number and a description of what was missing. We will reship the missing item or issue a refund for it.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
